Walk The Aligned Path – 30 Day Challenge

Public·10 members

Welcome to the 30-Day Challenge — Start Here

You can begin today.

You do not need to wait for a new month, catch up on older posts, or do all six practices at once.

Your first step is the 17-minute morning practice. Use it before your phone, email, messages, news, or anyone else’s energy gets your attention. The goal is not to force yourself to feel positive. It is to create a calmer starting point, reconnect with your own guidance, and notice what begins to shift.

For the first few days:

• Do the morning practice.

The Morning Practice: 17 Minutes Before the World Gets Your Attention

This is the heart of the 30-Day Challenge — a 17-minute morning practice to begin your day calm, soft, and open, before the world gets your attention.

Use it first thing, before the phone and the messages.

Find a comfortable spot where you won't be disturbed, let your body be supported, and gently close your eyes. It will guide you through slow, easy breathing and a gentle head-to-toe softening — nothing to force, nothing to get right.

Each time you return to the practice, this calmer starting point can become more familiar. From there, you may begin to notice small changes in how you respond, where your attention goes, and what feels clearer.

Start small. Neutral is enough. You don't have to be perfect — you just have to begin.

Your 30-Day Rhythm — Start With the Morning

The challenge is daily. The content does not have to be.

The foundation is the 17-minute morning practice. Begin there and let it become familiar before adding more.

Your practice rhythm:

1. Morning practice — give yourself 17 minutes before the world gets your attention.

2. Light-subject practice — choose one subject that feels light, neutral, or movable. Notice both sides, then gently give more attention to the wanted side.
