HOW THIS WORKS
Simple practices that bring you back to yourself
These practices help you stop running on default.
Done consistently, they help you slow down, notice what is active inside you, and gently shift your focus toward what feels steadier, softer, and more aligned.
HOW TO BEGIN
Start simple
You do not need to do everything at once.
Start with the morning practice first. Give yourself 17 minutes before the world gets your attention. Let your mind settle, soften your focus, and set a gentle tone for the day.
Once that begins to feel steady, add the light-subject practice. Choose one subject that feels movable. Notice both sides, then gently give more attention to the wanted side.
After that, add dream recording when you’re ready. The evening reset and weekly reset can come in later, when they feel supportive rather than like more pressure.
The goal is not to do this perfectly. The goal is to begin, notice what shifts, and keep returning to the practice. Consistency matters more than intensity.
