Service Description
This is a paid 60-minute 1:1 session for people who already know something needs to change and want clear, direct support to shift it now. In this session, we focus on one specific pattern that keeps repeating — in relationships, confidence, money, or direction — and work with it directly in real time. My role is to help you see what you may not be seeing on your own, name what is actually happening beneath the surface, and guide you toward a practical next step that fits you — not a generic solution. You’ll leave the session with: • clarity around the specific pattern that’s been keeping you stuck • relief from finally seeing what’s really going on • practical next steps you can apply immediately • a calmer internal state and clearer direction forward This session is best for you if you already have a sense of what’s not working and want focused support to move beyond it. If you’re still unsure what you need, start with the free 30-minute discovery call. If you already know you’d like ongoing support, multi-session plans are available when booking. You’re not broken — you’re responding exactly as you learned to. When the pattern becomes clear, change becomes possible. Note: If I ever need to reschedule your session, rest assured that your original booking rate will be honored, and you can easily choose a new time that works best for you.
Cancellation Policy
How bookings work: My calendar is updated in real time. When you select a time on the booking page and submit your details, your session is instantly confirmed and added to both of our calendars. You’ll receive a confirmation email with the date, time, and link for our online session, along with automatic reminders before we meet. There’s no manual approval step — if the time is available, you can book it. Please choose your time carefully and double-check your time zone when booking. Changes & cancellations: You may reschedule or cancel your session anytime before the start time using the links in your confirmation email. Note: In the event that I need to cancel or reschedule your session, you will receive a notification with a new placeholder date, and you can then select a more convenient time through the "My Bookings" page. Your original rate will always apply.
