A Few Optional Ways to Prepare
Choose one, choose none, or simply come as you are.
Some people like to take a few quiet moments beforehand. These ideas are here if they feel supportive.

Take a few quiet minutes
Sit or lie down for a few minutes and let your body and mind unwind. No need to force anything.
Take a short screen break
Turn your phone to silent. Close the tabs. Give yourself some screen-free time.
Sit somewhere comfortable and simply be with yourself for a few minutes.
Go for a walk
A short gentle walk can help you settle and come back into your body.
Listen to something comforting
Put on music, a talk, or anything that helps you feel a little lighter, steadier, or more supported.
One option: a calming episode from The Aligned Path
Getting Into a Good-Feeling Place
Some days “great” feels out of reach — and that’s okay. Aim instead for neutral. Neutral slows momentum enough to give you breathing room and shift your baseline state.

Examples of Neutral States:
-
“I don’t have to solve everything right now.”
-
“For this next hour, I’m allowed to put everything down.”
-
“I’m open to feeling just a little bit better.”
-
“My only job right now is to soften — not to fix.”
-
“One small shift is enough for today.”
No Pressure — No Test
You can’t “fail” a session by not being spiritual enough or perfectly calm. We start exactly where you are. You don’t have to carry it all alone — my role is to help you reconnect with the part of you that already knows the way.
