SMS consent is optional and is not required to book a session, submit a form, purchase services, or work with Walk The Aligned Path.


Mobile information (including phone numbers and SMS opt in data) will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of personal information described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. I may use service providers solely to deliver the SMS messages you have opted into, and those providers are not permitted to use your information for any other purpose.

Payments for services are processed through third-party providers such as Wix Payments and other integrated payment gateways. These providers collect and process your payment details directly on their secure servers.


I do not collect or store your full credit or debit card numbers on this website. I may be able to see limited information such as the last few digits of a card or the payment method type, together with the transaction status (for example, paid, pending, or refunded), but not the full card details.

13. Children’s privacy

This website and my services are not directed to children under 18 years of age. I do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If I learn that I have received personal data from a child under 18, I will delete it as soon as reasonably possible.

If you access this website from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed and stored in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

14A. Google Ads API and Google user data

Walk The Aligned Path LLC operates an internal, reporting-only application called Google Ads AI Audit Export.


Information accessed


When an authorized user grants access through Google OAuth, the application may retrieve information from Google Ads accounts that the user is permitted to access. This may include account and campaign settings, budgets, advertisements, assets, keywords, negative keywords, search terms, landing pages, targeting settings, conversion settings, performance metrics, recommendations, and change history where available.


The application does not receive or store the user’s Google Account password.


How the information is used


Google Ads information is used only to create internal reports and audit materials, evaluate advertising performance, review account configuration, and identify possible improvements.


The application is reporting-only. It does not create, edit, pause, enable, remove, or otherwise modify Google Ads accounts, campaigns, advertisements, keywords, bids, budgets, targeting, assets, or conversion settings.


How the information is stored

Retrieved information may be stored in Google Sheets, JSON files, and related audit files within the organization’s Google Workspace and Google Drive environment. Access is limited to authorized internal users.


Sharing of information

Google Ads information is not sold, licensed, used for personalized advertising, or shared with unrelated third parties. Information may be processed by Google services necessary to operate the application, disclosed when required by law, or shared when specifically directed and authorized by the account owner.


Retention and deletion

Audit reports are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for internal advertising analysis, reporting, and recordkeeping. Authorized users may delete exported reports from Google Drive and may revoke the application’s access through their Google Account security settings.


Google Ads AI Audit Export’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

15. Changes to this Privacy Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When I do, I will update the “Last updated” date at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of the website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
