If you’ve ever felt like you’re doing all the “right” things but life still feels like a grind, this podcast is for you. The Aligned Path is where we get honest about burnout, anxiety, people-pleasing and the feeling that something in you is blocked.

Each episode is about one thing: helping you shift your inner state—your vibration, your practiced thoughts and emotions—so your outer life can finally start to change. We explore practical alignment, emotional healing, Law of Attraction, childhood patterns, forgiveness, and simple daily rhythms that make life feel lighter and more like you.

First Light Alignment – Your Daily Morning Practice

This is a guided morning practice you do before anything else – before you touch your phone, open email, or let your mind start racing. In about 17 minutes, we bring you into your body, settle your nervous system, and line you up with the deeper part of you that already knows how today can feel.

You’ll notice the first thoughts that try to pull you into old patterns, let them go, and choose a different tone for the day – calm, clear, softly confident.

Used every morning, this becomes a steady habit and anchor point. It sets your vibration before the world gets a say, and over time it starts to shift your life in a real, grounded, positive way.

The Compassion Mirror. The Reflections That Trigger You, Show Where You’re Not Free

When something or someone triggers you, they’re not showing what’s wrong with them. They’re holding up a mirror to something tender within you—something ready to be released. Maybe it’s an older version of you asking for compassion, forgiveness, and a gentle letting go.

In this episode, I share how I learned to meet those moments as invitations: to soften the story, breathe with what arises, and let the charge loosen its grip. We explore a simple practice—hand to heart, slow exhale, and the inner question: “What part of me is asking to be seen and released right now?” From there, clarity comes, and the world reflects that softness back.

What these words mean, simply:
-Alignment: how you feel about a subject—matching how your inner wisdom/Source sees it.
-Vibration: your feeling state; lighter feels more allowing, heavier feels resistant.
-Source: your inner wisdom (call it God, intuition, higher self—your word is welcome here).

This is about freedom through compassion—not fixing others, but releasing what’s no longer yours to carry, and blessing the version of you that once needed it.
