Before you start (your “state” matters)

Pick whatever genuinely softens you—no forcing:

  • A walk.

  • A few minutes of stillness.

  • A song that lifts you.

The goal is simply to feel more open than you did five minutes ago.

If “good-feeling” feels too far away:
Some days, “great” is not available.

That’s okay. Aim for neutral instead.

 

Neutral might sound like:

  • “I don’t have to solve everything right now.”

  • “For this next hour, I’m allowed to put everything down.”

  • “I’m open to feeling just a little bit better.”

The 68-second experiment

Let an easy idea come to you (don’t force it)

A word. A color. A symbol. Something light.

It often shows up in hints, echoes, near-misses, partial matches. 


That’s not failure—that’s manifestation in motion.

Focus softly for 68 seconds

Rest your attention on it. No straining. Just gentle focus.


After ~17 seconds, let a similar good-feeling thought join it. 


Keep going until you hit ~68 seconds.

Appreciate what’s becoming

Appreciation clears resistance and sharpens your perception. 


The more you appreciate what’s showing up, the clearer it gets—and the easier it becomes to receive the full thing.

Release it

This is key: don’t track it, measure it, or “watch the pot.” 


When you keep checking, you’re usually focused on the absence which is what you will attract.
