The Morning Practice: 17 Minutes Before the World Gets Your Attention
This is the heart of the 30-Day Challenge — a 17-minute morning practice to begin your day calm, soft, and open, before the world gets your attention.
Use it first thing, before the phone and the messages.
Find a comfortable spot where you won't be disturbed, let your body be supported, and gently close your eyes. It will guide you through slow, easy breathing and a gentle head-to-toe softening — nothing to force, nothing to get right.
Each time you return to the practice, this calmer starting point can become more familiar. From there, you may begin to notice small changes in how you respond, where your attention goes, and what feels clearer.
Start small. Neutral is enough. You don't have to be perfect — you just have to begin.
When you're done, share what you noticed below — a small win, a moment that shifted, a synchronicity, or a pattern you caught. We're walking this together, and none of us has to do this alone. And if someone in your life could use a calmer morning, invite them to walk it with you. 💜
