Your 30-Day Rhythm — Start With the Morning

The challenge is daily. The content does not have to be.
The foundation is the 17-minute morning practice. Begin there and let it become familiar before adding more.
Your practice rhythm:
1. Morning practice — give yourself 17 minutes before the world gets your attention.
2. Light-subject practice — choose one subject that feels light, neutral, or movable. Notice both sides, then gently give more attention to the wanted side.
3. Appreciate the fragments — once a day, notice one small piece of something you've been asking for — a hint, an echo, a near miss — and appreciate it as it's becoming.
4. Record your dreams — when a dream stays with you, record it. Don't force the meaning; let the pieces come together over time.
5. Evening reset — a walk, bath, music, movement, nature, or stillness to let the day go and return to yourself.
6. Weekly self-reset — one longer calming practice each week.
You don’t have to add the practices on a fixed schedule. Keep the morning practice as your foundation and add the others when they feel supportive rather than like more pressure. Consistency matters more than intensity.
