Your 30-Day Check-In Guide

Use this post throughout your 30 days.

Everyone begins at a different time, so return to the section that matches where you are in your own practice. You do not need to follow anyone else’s timeline.

AFTER YOUR FIRST 7 DAYS

Don’t look for a dramatic transformation. Look for the smallest honest shift.

Have you noticed:

• a little more space before reacting?

• one calmer morning?

• a thought that felt easier to redirect?

• a moment when you remembered to put yourself first?

• greater awareness of a pattern, even if it has not changed yet?

Share what you noticed if you would like to. Quiet reflection counts too.

Awareness is movement. Keep the morning practice as your foundation.

AFTER YOUR FIRST 14 DAYS

Notice where you are becoming less automatic.

Is there a subject, conversation, or situation where you can now pause before following the old reaction?

You do not need to force a different response. Noticing the old pattern while it is happening is already a meaningful shift.

Consider:

• What have you noticed?

• Which practice has helped?

• What still feels difficult?

• What do you want to keep practicing?

Return to the morning practice whenever the rest begins to feel like pressure.

By now, one of the practices may feel more natural than the others.

Which one helps you return to yourself most easily?

• the morning practice

• the light-subject practice

• appreciating the fragments

• recording your dreams

• the evening reset

• the weekly reset

There is no correct answer and no requirement to do all five.

Notice what genuinely supports you and let that become part of your own rhythm.

AFTER YOUR 30 DAYS

The purpose was never to complete a perfect streak. It was to create enough consistent space to notice what changes when you begin with yourself.

Reflect:

• What feels different from when you began?

• Which old pattern do you notice more clearly?

• Where do you recover more quickly?

• Which practice will you continue?

• What do you understand about yourself now that you did not before?

Share your reflection if you would like to. Quiet reflection counts too.

This is not the end of the practice. It is the point where the practice begins becoming yours.

Keep using the practices that genuinely support you.
