How the 30 minutes actually goes
I run this call the same way every time, over video, wherever you are. Here's exactly what happens, in order.

Surface the repeating pattern
I ask you where things feel stuck. You talk, I listen. We're not filling out a form. I'm listening for the pattern underneath what you're describing — the thing that keeps showing up in different clothes. You don't need to have named it before we start. Most people haven't. That's the point of this part.
Step 1
Minutes 0–10

Gain clarity and a shift in perspective
Once the pattern is out in the open, I reflect back what I'm seeing. Not a verdict, not a diagnosis — a different angle on something you've been standing too close to. Most people feel a shift here. Not relief that a problem is solved, just a quieter kind of clarity about what's actually going on.
Step 2
Minutes 10–20

Map a practical next step
We close by talking through one concrete thing you could do next. Small, specific, yours to take or leave. I'm not building you a program on the spot. It's one step, grounded in what came up in the conversation, so you leave with something practical instead of just a feeling.
Step 3
Minutes 20–30
That's the whole call. No script beyond that. Just those three parts, in that order, every time.
What to bring
I get asked this a lot. People want to prepare. They want to get it right.
There's nothing to prepare here. You don't need a summary of your life. You don't need to name the problem before we talk about it. Just show up, online, and we'll take it from there.
Nothing. Show up as you are.
You don't need to know what's wrong.
No notes, no forms, no research beforehand.

Calls happen online, so wherever you are, all you need to bring is yourself.
What happens after the call
The call ends the way it started. Plainly.
I don't keep you on the line once the 30 minutes are up. There's no wrap-up pitch, no countdown offer, no "before you go." When the conversation naturally settles, that's it. You hang up, or close the tab, and go back to your day.
Before you go, I will name the practical next step that fits what you talked about. Sometimes that's continuing to work together. Sometimes it's simply sitting with what came up. I say it plainly, once, and leave it with you.
You decide on your own time. Nobody follows up to push you toward a decision. If you want to continue, you'll know how. If you don't, the call still stands on its own — you'll leave with a clearer look at the pattern, and that's yours to keep either way.
Every session, from the discovery call onward, happens online. I work from Redmond, WA, and talk with people wherever they are.

Why there's no pitch on this call
Before we ever speak, I understand this call can feel like a setup. I want to explain plainly why it isn't.

I'm listening, not selling.
My only job on this call is to understand what's repeating for you. I'm not building toward an offer while you talk.

There's no script that ends in a close.
I don't run a pitch at the end of the 30 minutes. If a next step makes sense, I'll say so plainly. If it doesn't, that's fine too.

You stay in control the whole time.
You can ask questions, sit with silence, or end the call early. Nothing moves forward unless you choose it.
The call has one purpose: to talk with you, plainly, about what's repeating. Anything that comes after that is your decision, made after the call, not during it.

It's free, and it's online.
The call costs nothing, and you're not asked for payment details at any point. It happens online, so wherever you are, we can talk.
No payment
No credit card
No obligation to continue
You can't get this wrong
I know you haven't done this before. Most people I talk to haven't. You might be wondering if you need to explain yourself well, or have your thoughts in order first. You don't.
-
There is nothing to prepare.
-
You don't need to know what's wrong, or be able to name it.
-
You don't need to be calm, or "spiritual enough."
-
There is no test. The conversation starts exactly where you are.
I'll ask a few plain questions. You answer in your own words, at your own pace. That's the whole call.

Who you'd be talking to
I'm Glen Pankhurst. I host The Aligned Path podcast on YouTube and Spotify, and I'm featured every month on News for the Soul radio — talking about the same repeating patterns I'd talk about with you. I work from Redmond, WA, with people all over.

“GLEN CHANGED MY LIFE”
“Even after more than 25 years as a spiritual teacher and intuitive, I was genuinely surprised by the impact Glen’s guidance has had on my life.
He helped me recognize patterns I hadn’t fully seen, release relationships that were no longer healthy, and begin putting my own well-being first. But the changes didn’t stop there. I began experiencing positive shifts across my life, along with a greater sense of joy, ease, optimism and excitement about what was possible for me.
Things that had once felt stuck began to move. Life started to feel lighter, more aligned and more expansive, and I found myself looking forward to the future in a completely different way.
I said to Glen recently, ‘You changed my life,’ and I meant it. The effect of his guidance has reached far beyond any one area. He has become a mentor I deeply value, and I’m incredibly grateful for the difference he has made in my life.”
