The Five Practices — Start With the Morning

The foundation of this challenge is the morning practice.
Start there.
Before your phone, email, messages, news, or anyone else’s energy gets your attention, give yourself 17 minutes.
You can sit quietly.
You can breathe.
You can meditate.
You can listen to something uplifting.
You can simply let the runaway train of thought slow down.
You do not have to do all five practices right away.
The five practices are:
1. Morning Practice
17 minutes before the world gets your attention.
2. Light-Subject Practice
Choose one low-resistance subject and gently turn toward the wanted side.
3. Dream Recording
Write down the dreams that linger or feel meaningful.
4. Evening Reset
At the end of the day, let the day go and return to yourself.
5. Weekly Reset
Take time to reconnect more deeply with clarity, calm, and yourself.
But for now, keep it simple.
Start with the morning.
Let that prove itself first.
Then add the rest when you’re ready.
