Start from a softer place

Before you do the experiment, take a moment to soften.
 

No forcing. No trying to make something happen.
 

Pick whatever genuinely softens you:

  • A walk

  • A few quiet minutes

  • A song that lifts you
     

Anything that helps you feel a little more open than you did five minutes ago.

The 68 Second Experiment

IF SOFTER FEELS FAR AWAY

Aim for neutral

You do not need to feel amazing.
 

You are not trying to force a breakthrough. You are simply looking for a little less pressure, a little less effort, and a little more space.
 

If feeling good feels too far away, aim for neutral instead.
 

Neutral might sound like:

  • I do not need to solve everything right now.

  • For the next few minutes, I am allowed to put everything down.

  • I am open to feeling just a little bit better.


That is enough.

Keep it light. The less you need it, the easier it is to receive it.

Keep it light. Let the idea come, give it your focus for 68 seconds, then release it. When life answers in hints, echoes, or near-matches, count that as movement.
