On this call, we may look at: • the pattern or area of life that keeps repeating • what feels unclear, blocked, or hard to shift on your own • whether a paid 1:1 session makes sense as the next step This call is best for you if: • you know something needs to change, but you’re not fully sure what kind of support you need • you want to check the fit before booking a paid session • you want clarity on your next step without pressure This is not a full coaching session or deep-dive process. If you already know you want direct support to shift a repeating pattern, the paid 1:1 session is the better option. If a full session feels like the right next step, we’ll talk about it. If not, the aim is still to help you leave with a clearer sense of your next step — no pressure either way. Cancellation Policy
Life happens, and plans change. If you can’t make your discovery call, please reschedule or cancel as early as you can using the My Bookings link in your confirmation or reminder email. That simply frees the time for someone else who may be ready for support — there’s no penalty and no awkwardness. If you’d like a different time, you’re always welcome to book again. If I need to cancel or reschedule your discovery call, you'll receive a notification with a new placeholder date. You can then choose a more convenient time through the "My Bookings" page. The process is quick and easy!
